What we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Situation text — the messages and context you paste into the app for analysis.
• Analysis results — the coaching responses the app generates for you.
• Usage data — basic analytics like which features you use, to help us improve the product.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide and improve the service. Your situation text is sent to an AI model (currently powered by OpenAI) to generate your analysis. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI processing and training

Your situation text is sent to OpenAI to generate responses. We use OpenAI's API, which means your data is subject to OpenAI's privacy terms. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models by default. We do not use your conversations to train our own models.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• OpenAI — AI analysis
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Data retention

Your situations and analyses are stored while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request an export or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

Social Q is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@socialq.app
